EX MINISTER AND HIS WIFE KILLED AFTER THE DOG DIES

Japanese has killed Ex Health & Welfare Minister Takehiro Yamaguci and Minister's wife Mikiko after the death of his dog. This 46 year old accusor killed the couple when he couldnot control his emotions seeing his dead dog.
Police had guessed that anyone unhappy with National Pension Program must have killed the couple but killer himself surrendred to the police. The Killer, at the People Welfare Centre confessed that he killed the couple in an agression.
